Energy-Saving Halogen Light Bulbs - Pack of 10

Unlike annoying fluorescent energy saving bulbs (CFLs) which produce an uninspiring yellow light, take ages to reach maximum light output and are filled with mercury, or expensive, inefficient incandescent bulbs, these clever Halogen Energy Savers are both cost-efficient and produce a super bright light.

As bright as standard 60W or 100W incandescent bulbs but produce less heat and use 30% less energy, they are ‘Long Life’ (lasting 2000 hours or twice as long as incandescents), reach maximum light output instantly and work with dimmer switches! They also give a bright white (not yellow) light.

Available in two designs;
Candle with 28W (equivalent light output of a traditional 40W incandescent) and 42W (equivalent light output of traditional 60W incandescent) outputs in small screw, standard screw and standard bayonet fittings (see right for key and fitting details).
Our GLS Globe bulbs are available with 28W, 42W & 70W (equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb) outputs in standard screw (except 42W) and standard bayonet fittings.
Plus, we also offer the GU10 energy-saving spotlights in 35W & 50W outputs.
